Shipping and Delivery

Shipping within UAE:

1. Orders within UAE will be delivered within 3 - 8 business days.

2. Once the order is placed, we will start processing the order on the following working day which excludes weekends (Friday/ Saturday) and public holidays.

3. Delivery date and time is estimated however it is not guaranteed, subject to unforeseen circumstances.

4. For any personalized orders please allow 7 - 14 business days for delivery.

5. The delivery charge is calculated at checkout.

6. All items are delivered through our courier delivery partners.

7. Cash on delivery payments are made directly to the courier delivery partner in the amount stated in the order confirmation.

8. To change your shipping address, please get in touch with us via the contact number, Watsapp, or email (care@nawaralinen.com) ahead of the shipping date.

Shipping outside UAE:

At the moment we only ship within the UAE. Once international shipping is available we will update this section accordingly.
