Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy:

1. All Bedding Sets can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product. The full set must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us. 

3. For return, exchange or refund requests, please contact us via the contact number, Watsapp or email (care@nawaralinen.com) to process the transaction. 

4. Refund requests must be made with 48 hours of receiving the product. 

5. Items returned for exchange or refund will be examined within 2 business days, ahead of processing the exchange or refund request. Damaged products, or sets with missing items are not eligible for exchange or refund.  

6. Refund requests will be made using the original method of payment used to pay for the order in the UAE within 10 - 14 days of returning the product.

7. Custom size items as well items customized with monograms or similar personalizations cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

8. All costs related to the return of items are to be borne by the client.

Order Cancellation

Orders received are processed right away. To cancel an order please contact us via the contact number, Watsapp or email (care@nawaralinen.com) to cancel the order.
